Take a moment of your time…

Including some really interesting personal news that I am still not completely sure on,  I have been meditating more.
The following is one of my favorite meditations
 I found this quite a while ago on a rainbow family message board…
I wrote it down, and have been attempting to focus on these truths
and ideas every time I meditate.
I know it sounds woo woo, but I do believe that
When you put out good energy you receive good energy back.
I do know though that it would take quite a few more white lighters, than just me, to really make a change in today’s world
Which by the way I do not consider myself a fluffy bunny all white light and happiness kinda pagan but I know they are out there and doing what they think best to bring peace and joy to all…
 But I still send mine out there as strongly and passionately as I can.
For I never know who it might brush against, at the very moment they need that love and concern to buoy them up and through another harsh Moment.
Thinking on this idea has given me yet another reason to not return to the bank.
I cannot in good conscience work for a company that does to people what credit
cards do to people… credit cards are like a small plastic wafer of Soylent Green So I wanted to share the following since it brings a sense of peace to me
I hope that any of you who read this, take a part of it away with you and
contemplate it while moving through your daily tasks…

Somewhere in the world a child is dying of hunger.
Somewhere in the world a mother is grieving.
Somewhere in the world an old man is dying alone in a hospital, alone, and afraid.
Take a moment.
Take a moment of your time.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath.
Today your stomach is full.
Praise be.
Today your heart is full.
Praise be.
Today you are alive.
Praise be.
Feel.
Feel your heart.
Take a moment of your time.
Take a moment and send love and comfort
to the child that is dying.
Take a moment of your time…....
Take a moment and send love and comfort
to the mother that is grieving.
Take a moment of your time.
Take a moment and send love and comfort
to the old man dying alone and afraid.
Take a moment.
Take a moment of your time.
